I'm looking for  fic in which Blair is i n a plane crash and presumed dead.  Later, he is found working on a ranch with amnesia.  Jim sneaks into his cabin to see him, and Blair regains his memories when Jim is injured and needs help woth his senses.

For once it is JIM who is kidnapped and in trouble. Sort of like Cypher except it is Jim that the "Lash" character fixates on. It is either pre-TSBS and Blair is still an observer, or post-TSBS and he doesn't join the force because he still hasn't a gun. I  have been trying to find a gen story I read a while ago. The father of one of Blair's students is ticked because his son is failing and comes after Blair.  I know they end up in the boiler room with it about to blow. Anyone know this story please?
